fk11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts may be suspended pending verification. We take the 21+ requirement seriously to protect vulnerable persons and minors.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with fk11. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent banning. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

Password & Login Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. fk11 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

fk11 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Documents must be valid and submitted in a legible format. fk11 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC is completed satisfactorily. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

fk11 supports fast, secure transactions for Bangladeshi players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details submitted.

Deposit Conditions

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, subject to KYC verification. fk11 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
